Dragonpen is a none profit orginization. Any donations for games and servers are used only for dragonpen orgination and no personal gain. All content here in is for private use by dragonpen and its clan members. Clan membership applies to anyone who wishes to visit our website. Any person who uses dragonpen services and/or visits this website here in has agree'd to adhere to the rules and regulations of the site and our services they are requesting. Dragonpens private servers are not directly related to the tournament teams and sponsored sites hosted within. All services of dragonpen are provided seperately and all clans/team within are allowed their own rules and regulations.

Dragonpen allows all teams and sponsors to host and provide there own sites and services. Dragonpen assosiation is not responsible for any private or public services provided by teams/sponsors within however dragonpen allows these to services but the public that use the sites and services are responsible for any content/services here in. Any players using unlicenced material here in are personaly responsible for any EULA the player/s themselves have broken. Dragonpen will hold no responsiblity and will provide no content for illegaly gained or used conte/services that player/s may supply.

Dragonpen will NEVER charge for any services and or content provided within all content is hosted for players by players. All services and content is provided on donations only. No donations may be used for personal gain or private use. All players that donate understand there is no other services we offer player/s then the gratatude we show them by hosting content/services. No donation rewards are of direct effect of donations. Players are allowed to buy game content items with our without donation.

Dragonpen offer reserved spots for sponsored teams and clan members. Donations are not a requirement for reserved spots on servers. All games rules only apply to the game they player/s use and any missues of games/content is the user/s own responsiblity and dragonpen takes no responsiblity for it.
